About the LEGO Auspicious Dragon #80112.
Traditionally, the Chinese holiday set has been a mainstay of the Lunar New Year celebration, and for 2024, the LEGO Group has released a fantastic auspicious dragon model, perfect for bringing in the Year of the Dragon. There are many gold and festive red parts in this golden-looking dragon, along with a dragon ball with a special meaning, and a realistic rock base that has a banner-style nameplate that reads "Shenlong Nafu".
Red light strips were carefully used by ZENE Lighting in this work to enhance the realistic appearance of the Chinese dragon's belly. The dragon beads are also illuminated with blue lights, and they have yellow eyes and mouths that are about to spit fire. Chinese legends about dragons.
